Are you finding time to create balance in your life with some self-care? Self-care isn’t a luxury, it’s essential to supporting good mental health. Self-care involves any intentional action that supports your well-being and can look different for everyone. That said, we have some THRIVE activities planned that promote relaxation, connection, movement, and creativity. All students and staff are invited to attend!
