After the challenges of the last few years, this year’s conference theme, Back to YOUR Future, will focus on the possibilities ahead for RRC Polytech’s students and alumni. ERC will feature industry speakers, employer and alumni panel, and presentations from RRC Polytech staff.
We are excited to partner with this year’s keynote speaker Lisa Taylor, President of Challenge Factory and the Centre for Career Innovation who is a sought-after expert, speaker, and columnist on today’s changing world of work, Lisa offers invaluable leadership and insights about the Future of Work—with a focus on how talent equity, demographics, the freelance economy, and new market dynamics present opportunities to gain strategic workforce and career advantage.
Our 2nd day keynote is Graham Donald, Founder of Brainstorm Strategy Group Inc., one of North America’s leading experts on attracting, recruiting, and engaging students and graduates, Graham founded Brainstorm Strategy Group Inc. in 2003 to focus on improving students’ school-to-work transition by advising and training both the employers that hire students and the educators who support their career development on campus.
The event will also feature musical performances by Gator Beaulieau, a Canadian Country singer based out of Winnipeg, Manitoba with roots from Ebb and Flow First Nation and Sandy Bay First Nation.
