Career Services offers students and recent graduates assistance with job search strategies, cover letter and résumé writing, interview preparation, employment application forms, informational interviews and current labor market information. Career Services provides personalized support and direction to students and recent graduates seeking summer, part-time, full-time and temporary employment.

Virtual PwC Campus Recruitment Rundown

With Fall Recruit right around the corner, the PwC Campus Talent Acquisition team is excited to equip you with all the resources needed to succeed!
Campus Recruiters will host two sessions in August and September for Western Canadian students interested in CPA roles.
In this session, you’ll learn more about fall hiring including PwC’s recruitment process, available opportunities, and PwC’s culture and values. They’ll also be going over questions submitted by you through this form!
Please note that these sessions are targeted at students interested in pursuing their CPA designation.
To attend, please register prior to August 21 for the first session and prior to August 30 for the second session.

Job Search Sessions: Get Job Search Ready with Career Services & ASC – Week 5
The Academic Success Centre (ASC) is partnering with Career Services to provide a comprehensive, interactive workshop series on the development of employment documents and skills for students. The Get Job Search Ready workshops will be delivered throughout July and August starting with the following Week 4 sessions:
Interviews: Strategies for Success: Monday, August 15, 2022 @ 4:00pm
An interview is an essential element to securing a job and preparation is key. In this presentation, students will obtain tips on the best interview practices – what to do before, during and after an interview – including how to prepare for virtual interviews.
Interviews: Answers that Get You Hired: Wednesday, August 17, 2022 @ 4:00pm
This session will allow students the opportunity to see different interview questions, understand why employers ask them, and learn how to provide responses that employers are looking for.
