Health and Wellness Programs

As we start a new term, be sure to build in some time to have fun and find balance. Follow Campus Well-Being on Instagram @rrcwellbeing and take a look at our September Program Calendar, which includes:

  • Yoga and fitness classes
  • Intramural basketball, badminton, and volleyball
  • Six Ways to Stay Healthy at College (virtual and in-person)
  • Therapy dog visits, a pop-up cat café, crafting, and more!
