Registration is now open for the Get Job Search Ready Series!

Career Services is providing an interactive workshop series on the development of employment documents and skills for students!

In the next 2 weeks, students can attend the sessions below. These workshops are designed for students in business-related programs. All students are welcome to attend and adapt the information to their field.

Workshops complement the Math, Science and Communication’s COMM-2172 Communication for the Workplace course.

Week 4

  • Interviews: Answers that Get You Hired. Wednesday, October 30, 12 to 1pm
  • Introduction to Networking. Thursday, October 31, 12 to 1pm

Week 5

  • LinkedIn: Creating an Effective Profile. Thursday, November 7, 12 to 1pm
  • LinkedIn: Building and Engaging Your Network. Friday, November 8, 12 to 1pm.

To register:

  1. Log in to your RRC Polytech Career Bridge account here: Career Bridge – Students.
  2. Click “Events & Workshops”, select “List View”, and click on the blue “Filter” button.
  3. In the Title field type “Get Job Search Ready” and click “Apply Filter”.
  4. View the session you’d like to register for.
  5. Click the blue “Register for this event” button.
