Bookable Tutoring Appointments

Peer Tutors increase success by working alongside students to improve content knowledge and academic learning skills providing the opportunity to review, practice, and question new material learned in class.

Peer Tutors are current Red River College Polytech students who have excelled in their courses and have been recommended by their instructors to tutor students. As current students, Peer Tutors are uniquely positioned to understand the demands of your courses and can assist you in building the foundational skills needed for success in your program.

You can book up to two free 1-hour online tutoring appointments per week when a qualified Peer Tutor is available for your course. To view a list of our Peer Tutors and the courses they tutor, visit our Peer Tutoring page.

How to book an appointment with a Peer Tutor:

1. Go to https://success.rrc.ca and log in with your college username and password.
2. Next, click the Search Availabilities link.
3. In the Centre menu, select Peer Tutoring.
4. In the Section menu, select the course you need help with.
5. Click Search to see a list of available tutoring appointments.
6. Click the appointment slot you wish to book, complete the form as instructed, and save the appointment.
7. You will immediately receive an appointment confirmation email in your college student email inbox along with instructions on how to connect with your tutor online.
