Free Thrive Virtual Wellness Activities: Yoga, Lunch & Learn, Cooking & Paint Night

Are you finding time to create balance in your life with some self-care? Self-care isn’t a luxury, it’s essential to supporting good mental health. Self-care involves any intentional action that supports your well-being and can look different for everyone. That said, we have some THRIVE activities planned that promote relaxation, connection, movement, and creativity. All students are invited to attend!

Lunch & Learn- Connecting With Your Child Through Art – February 10th 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm 
Lindsay Ruddick, MSW, RSW, Social Worker and Family Therapist will present on the topic of attachment and connecting children in a personal or professional setting through art. Lindsay will demonstrate attachment-based art activities and explain how we can use them as we interact with the children in our lives. Participants (and kiddos) are more than welcome to participate in the art activities as you learn. Register Here

Cooking for Wellness – Thursday, February 10th
