Fitness and Wellness Events – January 2024
As you ease back into the new year, remember to include some wellness and fitness activities into your schedule. Campus Well-Being offers a variety of classes in their January Program Calendar.
Weekly classes starting next week:
- Breakdancing, Tai Chi and Yoga
- Strength and Conditioning
- Muscle and Mobility
- Drop-in and intramural sport
Other January events:

- Paint Night and Monthly Board Game Night
- Colouring for Mental Health
- Bell Let’s Talk Day
