Introduction to Mental Health Sessions
Campus Well-Being is thrilled to announce an engaging and informative “Introduction to Mental Health” session designed specifically for students! This session is a steppingstone towards understanding the basics of mental health, debunking common myths, and learning effective strategies on how to manage mental health as a student.
As an added incentive, students who join the session will be entered into a prize draw!
This session is open to all students. We believe in making mental health knowledge accessible and inclusive, which is why we are offering an in-person session and a virtual session!
