It has come to our attention that several payers have recently been targeted by phishing attempts from individuals falsely claiming association with PayMyTuition.

The fraudulent emails originate from the address paymytuition@hotmail.com and are not representative of any legitimate correspondence with PayMyTuition. Moreover, these deceptive communications include banking instructions that are not affiliated with their accounts.

To minimize risk, we advise taking the following precautions:

• All official communications will be sent from a PayMyTuition email domain (e.g., support@paymytuition.com).
• Students and payers should refrain from acting on any banking instructions received via email.
• Should payers require assistance with their payments, their support channels are readily available through the PayMyTuition Payer Support page.
