With mobile hotspot and tethering features, you can use your cell phone’s mobile data to connect your laptop or tablet to the Internet.
NOTE: Whenever possible, use your home’s high‑speed Internet connection before using your College cellular device’s data. This will:
- Provide better performance
- Avoid hitting mobile device usage thresholds that will reduce your speeds
- Reduce the College’s data overage charges
To enable these features, please visit the appropriate link for your device. Use of USB tethering rather than Bluetooth tethering will typically provide you with better performance results.
