The College has a limited number of incoming and outgoing phone lines. Being set up to forward your desk phone to a cell phone, you would tie up both an incoming and outgoing line. Instead, please record a custom voicemail message stating how you can be reached (email address, cell phone number, etc.).
To change your greeting by telephone, please see the Change your greeting by telephone webpage for instructions.
There are only a limited supply of laptops available. All approved laptop requests will be prioritized based on business continuity needs. If you require a laptop to work at home, please submit your request to safety@rrc.ca to allow the Incident Management Team to review the request.
The College’s preference would be to not use your personal computer for various reasons, including virus protection, software updates, data security, and privacy concerns. If you require a laptop to work at home, please submit your request to safety@rrc.ca to allow the Incident Management Team to review the request.
