Recover items deleted

You might have deleted items from your inbox or other folder purposefully or you might need to retrieve an item that you had mistakenly deleted. You can recover deleted items using these processes:


Move a single email back to Inbox or to another folder

  1. Open the Deleted Items folder, then select and right click the email, and then click either:
    • Move, to a specific location.
    • Create new folder, to store similar emails in one location.
    • Restore, to return it to the folder you had deleted it from.

Recover items deleted from the Deleted Items folder

  1. Open the Deleted Items folder and then click Recover items deleted from this folder.

  2. Locate and right click the email you would like to recover, and then click Restore.

    NOTE: The email will be restored to the folder where you had initially deleted it.
