Check your messages from a touch-tone telephone
The message waiting indicator on your desktop telephone will notify you when you receive a new message. To retrieve your messages using a touch‑tone telephone, follow these steps:
- Press the Messages button on your telephone to log on to Unity Connection. For additional log on methods and instructions, open the Listen to your voicemail messages webpage.
- Use the following keys on your telephone key pad:
- Press 1 to hear new messages.
- Press 3▸1 to hear saved messages.
During message options:
