Reply to your voicemail messages by telephone

When you reply to a message by telephone, you can reply to the sender only, the sender and all other recipients, and recipients that you add to your reply. To reply to a voicemail message by telephone, follow these steps:

After listening to a message, press 4 to reply to the sender, or press 4▸2 to reply to the sender and all other message recipients.

Record your reply using the following keys as you record:

Press # to send the message, or press 1 to add more recipients and hear other message options. Use the following keys to select message options, and follow the voice prompts to send your message:

2 Change recording
3 Set special delivery

NOTE: When adding a recipient, the system defaults to the “spell by name” format. To change to the “dial by extension” format, press #▸#.

After you send your reply, follow the voice prompts to manage your original message.
