Connect to staff email using Outlook app – Android
The Outlook for Android app allows you to securely access emails, calendars, tasks, and contacts from the College’s staff email system on your mobile device. If you are syncing your device for the first time, open the Synchronize your device with staff email – Connect staff email to your mobile device web page before proceeding.
NOTE: The images used in this instruction are from a Samsung Galaxy 23. Other Android devices and versions may have a different appearance.
- Visit the Google Play website to install the Outlook for Android app.
- Open the Outlook for Android app on your mobile device.
- Tap Add Account.
- Enter your College email address, and then tap Continue.
- Tap Work or school account.
- Enter your College password, and then tap Sign in.
- Use Multi-factor authentication (MFA) to complete the setup process.
