Create a College email signature

  1. In Outlook, on the Home tab, click New Email.

  2. On the Insert tab, click Signature, and then select Signatures from the drop‑down menu.

  3. Click New on the Signatures and Stationery window on the Email Signature tab.

  4. Type a name for your new Signature, and then click OK.

  5. Add your name, title, department, College location, and phone number using the College‑approved Marketing Toolkit Typography Templates and Signage format below:
    RRC Polytech

    Your Name, Your Title
    Your Department or Area
    RRC Polytech
    Your Office Address, City, MB R0R 0R0
    P: 555.555.5555 • E: email@rrc.ca

    rrc.ca

    [optional gender pronouns]

  6. Review your new Signature, and then click OK.

Insert your new signature manually

  1. In Outlook, on the Home tab, click New Email.

  2. On the Insert tab, click Signature, and then select Signatures from the drop‑down menu.

    Your new email signature will appear in the body of your new email.

Set your default signature

  1. In Outlook, on the Home tab, click New Email.

  2. On the Insert tab, click Signature, and then select Signatures from the drop‑down menu.

  3. On the right‑hand side of the Signatures and Stationery window, choose the default for your New messages and Replies/forwards in the Choose default signature group, then click OK.
