Schedule a meeting room

  1. To add attendees to your meeting invitation, on the Home tab, in the New group, click New Items, and then select Meeting from the drop‑down menu.

  2. Click Location.

  3. On the Select Rooms: All Rooms menu, left click the Room needed, then click Rooms at the bottom of the window, and then click OK.

  4. One the Scheduling Assistant tab, add the Required and Optional attendees as needed, locate the date and time where there is availability, and then click Send.

    NOTE: If you have not already added your message or attendees, proceed to the next step.
  5. Add the attendees, if you have not already done so. Add your message as needed, and then click Send.

    NOTE: Scheduling Assistant will automatically assign you as the meeting organizer, add all attendees, display the meeting room you chose, and identify any conflicts.
