Connect to a printer in Windows 10 and 11

  • For the Notre Dame Campus or Language Training Centre, refer to Step 1.
  • For the Exchange District Campus, refer to Step 3.

  1. In your Windows search box, type \\staffprintndc.admin.rrc.ca for Xerox printers, or \\staffprintndchp.admin.rrc.ca for HP printers, and then click the search result.

  2. Proceed to Step 4.
  3. In your Windows search box, type \\staffprintedc.admin.rrc.ca
    for Xerox printers, and then click the search result.

  4. On the staffprintndc.admin.rrc.ca page, right‑click on the printer icon for your area or the one you want to access, and then click Connect. The page name will be specific to the campus printer address you entered in Step 1 or 3.

Set your default printer

  1. In your Windows search box, type Printers & scanners, and then click the search result.

  2. Click the printer that you want to set as your default.

  3. Click Set as default.
