Listen to your voicemail messages
You can log in and listen to your voicemail messages in the following three ways: (1) from your own desktop telephone, (2) from another RRC Polytech extension, and (3) from an off‑campus or cellular telephone.
From your own desktop telephone
- Press the Messages button.
- Enter your PIN (password), followed by the # key.
From another RRC Polytech extension
- Press the Messages button.
- Press the ✱ key.
- Enter your ID (4‑digit extension), followed by the # key.
- Enter your PIN (password), followed by the # key.
From an off‑campus or cellular telephone
- Dial 204‑632‑2200.
- Press the ✱ key.
- Enter your ID (4‑digit extension), followed by the # key.
- Enter your PIN (password), followed by the # key.
OR
- Dial 204, followed by your 7‑digit telephone number.
- When you hear your greeting, press the ✱ key.
- Enter your ID (4‑digit extension), followed by the # key.
- Enter your PIN (password), followed by the # key.
