What College network should I use as a guest of the College?

You must use the College’s RRCGuest network to access Wi-Fi, under the following conditions:

  • You are not a current staff member.
  • You are not a current student.
  • You are a guest speaker of the College, attending an event.
  • You are a guest of a College staff member, attending a meeting.
  • You are a visitor, as a contractor, a prospective student, parents of current/prospective students, day camp participants, etc.

How come I cannot use the RRCWireless network as a guest?

The RRCWireless network is for current staff and students only. They use their College username and password to access the RRCWireless network. As a guest, you do not have College credentials and you will always be unable to connect to RRCWireless.

Can I access the RRCGuest network as a current College staff member or current College student?

A current staff member or current student could access the RRCGuest network, but you will only have access to the internet.

NOTE: If you access the RRCGuest network, you will not have access to any of your College related accounts, including staff email, student email, OneDrive, LEARN, Teams, HUB, etc, as you have not logged in with your College credentials.

Current staff and students should always be logged on to the RRCWireless network with their credentials, to fully access their accounts for their work or studies. For more information about RRCWireless, click Connect to RRCWireless.
