Library Window Display: Transgender Day of Remembrance
November 20th is Transgender Day of Remembrance. It is a day that was established to memorialize those who were killed due to anti-transgender hatred or prejudice. The Transgender Day of Remembrance raises public awareness of hate crimes against transgender people and also gives a moment when people can stop and memorialize those who have died by anti-transgender violence.
