Red River College student Tori Doell is one half of a musical duo that recently won the 2011 Radio Star National Talent Search. Their composition “Still Love You” — which is already playing on some radio stations — earned Tori and her musical partner, Ross Roteliuk, top prize in the contest aimed at emerging artists performing original material.

Tori and Ross will receive a prize that includes $10,000 in cash, studio recording time, plus a spot in the Canadian Music Week festival, which is being held in Toronto later this month.

Tori is currently a Red River College student in the second year of the Medical Laboratory Science diploma program.
