Parking is available on site and may be purchased on either a monthly, term or casual/daily basis. Permits and casual/daily parking are in effect Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm.
Parking is free on weekends, holidays, and weekdays after 5:00pm. Areas that cannot be used are 24-hour reserved stalls, no parking areas, loading zones, staff areas or any area as defined in the Traffic and Parking Regulations.
Overnight parking between midnight and 6:00am is not permitted without prior authorization from Security Services.
Student parking is sold on a first-come, first-served basis through the online parking portal.

All permits are managed virtually and do not require a physical hang tag. Please ensure that your vehicle has been registered with your permit to avoid any unnecessary tickets. Manage your vehicles registrations through the online parking portal.
Permits may not be transferred, sold or assigned to another person. The registered permit holder will be responsible for all parking tickets associated with that permit.
If permits for the Stevenson campus are not visible or available to purchase, please contact parking@rrc.ca for assistance.
* Electrical outlets are to be used for block heaters only. The use of an interior car warmer, battery blanket or any other device is not permitted. The power supply to powered stalls is dependent on climatic conditions.
Casual parking is in effect from 7am to 5pm Monday – Friday and is available for $2/per hour or $8/per day. Parking can be purchased via the PayByPhone app or by visiting the website. Parking. The PayByPhone zone is 15538.
Evening parking is available from 5pm to midnight Monday – Friday for a flat rate of $2.

Refunds will be made only to the original permit holder and calculated from the date of refund application. Parking refunds will be processed via credit card. The last two weeks of a permit will not be refunded. Early cancellations may be subject to a $30 fee. Contact Commuting and Parking by email for details.
