Joining the Student Campus Alerting Team Chat By Computer
Students can receive campus alerts by joining the Campus Alerting Teams chat.
- Open Microsoft Teams, and select the ‘Teams’ Icon, on the left menu bar
- On the top right corner of the screen, select ‘Join or Create Team’
- Enter the code s5ikuct in the text box and select ‘Join team’
- Select the ‘Teams’ Icon, on the left menu bar again
- Go to the Team – Student Campus Alerting
- Hover over the “Campus Alerts” channel and select the 3 dots to the right-hand side
- Hover over “Channel notifications” and select “All activity”
You are now set up to receive Campus Alerting Notifications from RRC Polytech’s Campus Alerting System.
