The Student Service Centres serve as the information centres and first point of contact for all RRC Polytech students and visitors. The Centres offer a variety of services in one convenient location and support students by phone, email and in person.

Students attending the Exchange District Campus or a regional campus may submit a photo for their Photo ID card to photoid@rrc.ca. Full name and student ID number must be included in the email subject line.
Photos which do not meet the requirements listed below will not be accepted. You will be notified via RRC Polytech academic email once your Photo ID card is available for pick up.
Important: Photo submission is open only to Exchange District and regional campus students.

Exchange District Campus students and staff who have lost their photo ID card and require a replacement can email photoid@rrc.ca with their full name and student ID number requesting a new Photo ID card. A new photo submission is not required, your current photo on file will be used.
Students attending programs at the Notre Dame Campus must visit the Notre Dame Campus Student Service Centre to have their photo taken and Photo ID card printed.
