Learn in a place where making mistakes is a part of the process and have your fellow students and your instructors there to help you learn and improve as you move toward a career in healthcare.

You’ll be given scenarios in realistic environments to test your skills and mimic conditions you will encounter in the field. Training in the Simulation Centre is designed to help you know that you have the skills to face any situation in the workplace with confidence.

Unique to RRC Polytech’s Simulation Centre in Manitoba, you’ll have the opportunity to engage in interdisciplinary learning with students from 13 different programs in health sciences and community services. These experiences will equip you to work together to solve problems, and provide exceptional patient care, together.

In a newly renovated space with cutting-edge technologies, you’ll get to test and refine your skills as a healthcare provider, learning together to work through real-world challenges and situations that you may face in the workplace.

Throughout your program of study, you will be taught by knowledgeable, compassionate and skilled instructors who will support you and guide you from your first simulation activity to graduation.

The Simulation Centre is also available for industry professionals looking to upgrade their skills and advance their careers.
