For many of us, moving into September means getting back into routines and preparing ourselves for the months ahead. Thankfully, MindWell is offering several programs to help you do just that while simultaneously improving your well-being. All workshops and classes are free to Red River College Polytechnic faculty, staff and students. Sign up for a Free MindWell Account to access and find a class that is right for you!
