“Taking a module of Mindwell daily enabled me to move past things that would habitually irritate me, relatively calmly. It is not that I have become thick-skinned, it is that I have decided to switch gears and use my mental energy for the better vision of opportunities available in the moment and not for dwelling on past unfortunate experiences. Listening actively, taking 5, and not reacting on the spur of the moment were valuable pieces of advice that helped me to reach that competency.”
