When we have good mental health, we feel better, work productively, enjoy our down time, and are able to better connect with those around us. “World Mental Health Day” is October 10th. In honor of this, Mindwell is providing the following programs.

Our breath is one of the greatest tools we have to decrease stress and elevate our mood!

Cognitive functioning refers to multiple mental abilities, including learning, thinking, reasoning, remembering, problem solving, decision making and attention.
